
Job Description
·        Arrange ferry transportation and manage office car usage and scheduling.
·        Order and purchase gardening tools.
·        Handle utility billing (electricity, internet, maintenance, car fuel).
·        Supervise facility and site maintenance.
·        Control and process petty cash claims.
·        Check site environments and follow up on improvement plans (Gardening and Cleaning).
·        Monitor security operations and review weekly site condition reports (security, gardener, cleaner).
·        Order office supplies and maintain inventory stocks.
·        Arrange refreshments for office staff and factory overtime workers.
·        Monitor and control monthly usage of cleaning chemicals and tools.
·        Prepare and submit daily workload softcopy reports.
·        Issue and manage door access cards for employees.
Requirement
·        Graduated in any disciplinary
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office
·        Excellent organizational and time management skills
·        Outstanding negotiation skills
·        Knowledge of factory administration
·        Good at in English communication skills
