Job Description
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize the usage of available space.
• Receive the approved MRF and ensure the requested material is dispatched with due documentation.
• Prepare MIN, cross checking/ verifying all outgoing dispatches before leaving the WH. Resolve issues related to dispatches and counter signing all dispatch documents during requester/representative’s presence in the WH.
• Inform shortage, excess or damaged material received and/or return from site against singed packing list with photo and video.
• Ensure receive, dispatches and return are updated in the GDN file. Share the report on daily basis.
• Do the ERP transitions on daily basis.
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
• Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Manage and record petty cash for the WH expenses.
• Ad hoc tasks given by line manager
Requirement
• Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge on power/telecom equipment and warehousing
