Job Description
•                   Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust frontend applications using Reasct and React Native.
•                   Collaborate with UI/UX designer to translate design concepts into interactive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
•                   Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
•                   Implement and maintain state management, component libraries, and reusable code for efficiency and consistency.
•                   Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in frontend development.
•                   Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
•                   Work closely with backend developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
•                   Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in frontend technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
•                   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments.
•                   Support production rollouts and provide ongoing application support as needed.

Requirement
•                   Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
•                   Minimum 7+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React and React Native.
•                   Proven experience delivering complex web and mobile applications with a strong UI/UX focus.

•                   Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and projects.
•                   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
•                   Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus.
•                   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
•                   High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
•                   Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
•                   Advanced proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
•                   Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
•                   Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
•                   Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and the ability to provide design feedback.
•                   Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
