Job Description
•                   Design, develop, and maintain applications.
•                   Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that align with business requirements.
•                   Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and new features.
•                   Provide production support, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
•                   Collaborate closely with technology partners, including business analysts, infrastructure, and other developers, at all levels
•                   Analyze and develop deep expertise in business processes, requirements, data, and technology products
•                   Perform development on the required enhancements for the application as needed
•                   Perform troubleshooting for any issues that may arise in any of the environments
•                   Support production rollouts of the functionality on-site
•                   Provide production support as needed
•                   Additional duties as assigned.
Requirement
•                   Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
•                   Minimum 3+ years application development experience
•                   Preferably with a good understanding of Banking or Life Insurance business & System
•                   Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
•                   Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues independently while working across teams to acquire needed information
•                   Must have excellent analytical, technical, and oral communication skills

•                   Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various
•                   Excellent Core Java J2EE skills, Java Frameworks (i.e. Spring)/Microsoft.NET frameworks
•                   Experience SOA and SOA based integration of systems.
•                   Experience with ExtJS/Angular JS/ReactJS
•                   Good command of both spoken and written English and Burmese.
