
Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting in variety of Channels, Cv screening, and coordinating the interview process with hiring manager.
•             Facilitate the offer process  to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment
•             Prepare all necessary documentation for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
•             Maintain the employee database, ensure the accurate and up-to-date employee information.
•             Communicate with Social Security Board office, managing all submissions, reports and payments
•             Proactively submit the clearance process with relevant departments and offboarding process
•             Operate daily HR process as necessary and report to Assistant HR Manager
Requirement
•             Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•             Min 2 years of experience in management-related HR roles
•             Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
•             Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•             Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and integrity.
•             Strong organizational and time management skills.
•             Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
•             Must have English Language Proficiency (Both speaking & writing)
