
Job Description
•        Monitor performance metrics for both FTTH, PSTN systems to identify trends, latency issues, and capacity needs.
•        Assist in the design and rollout of network expansions, such as new FTTH site construction, and recommending upgrades based on usage data.
•        Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights to technical teams and management.
•        Identify and troubleshoot in network performance data, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex issues related to infrastructure and service delivery.
•        Plan, monitor, and coordinate outside plant network activities to ensure minimal service impact and rapid network restoration.
•        Negotiate contracts, manage vendor and LSP performance, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•        Collect and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for accurate analysis.
•        Plan and manage budgets for pole and cable relocation works in coordination with regional teams.
•        Assess urgent changes in scope or timeline driven by government strategy; escalate to management and execute change management in line with internal approvals.
•        Track project progress, prepare regular reports, and escalate risks or issues to line leaders and management in a timely manner.
•        Align with internal teams (FSC, Call Center, Sales, SPM, etc.) to manage customer service impact and communicate project implementation plans effectively.
Complete project closure activities, including documentation, handover, and post-implementation records.
Requirement
•        Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Data Analysis or related field.
•        4+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
•        Strong experience with power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design)
•        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
•        Hands on experience data classification, data cleaning, data validation.
•        Understanding of project management concepts and performance tracking.
•        Experience working with large, structured and semi-structured datasets.
•        Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
