
Job Description
·        Perform and supervisor for the production planning such as to meet sale demand, production target & OTD of FG, Monitor the inventory level with WH management.
·        Analyze and forecast the manufacturing cost to be achievement of cost-efficiency goals.
·        Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
·        Develop and oversee the production schedule to meet sale demands and production targets.
·        Coordinated with production teams to prioritize tasks and ensure on-time delivery of products.
·        Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow and resource utilization.
·        Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock without overproduction or shortages.
·        Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
·        Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast material order and manage supply chain requirements.
·        Ensure effective documentation and reporting inventory data timely to management.
·        Develop and implement strategies to optimize material usage and reduce waste by collaboration with production team.
·        Analyze the manufacturing cost and make rolling forecast for next 3 months and monitor C, R, G budget to be achievement of cost efficiency goals.
·        Supervise and mentor production planning and inventory control subordinates.
·        Provide training to team members on best practices and company procedures. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
·        Identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive measures for WH operation.
·        Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement in safety practices for team members.
·        Oversee warehouse layout optimization for efficient material flow.
Requirement
·        BA (Business Management) or BA (Eco) related diploma
·        Age between (27) to (32) years old.
·        Must have 2 or 3years experiences in related field.
·        Good communication skill, Organizational ability, Problem solving & Planning skill
·        Problem Solving skill, Time management, Multi task, Good teamwork & cooperation
·        Eager to learn new things
·        Good health and strong
·        Adaptable to working environment
·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
·        Excellent communication in English
