Job Description

·         Assist the Procurement Manager in executing procurement strategies and plans, support in managing the day-to-day storekeeping operations and procurement activities.

 

·         Monitor stock levels and assist in managing reorder processes to ensure sufficient store levels.

 

·         To ensure accurate store records and timely replenishment of stock.

 

·         Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.

 

·         Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of all store items.

 

·         Maintain stock levels and update store records in the system.

 

·         Conduct regular physical store checks and reconcile with system data.

 

·         Monitor stock movement and generate reports on store status.

 

·         Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards in storage areas.

 

·         Ensure all records are accurately filed and easily accessible for audits, reviews, and reporting purposes.

 

·         Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

 

·         Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

·         2-3 years of experience in procurement, storekeeping, or store control.

·         Understanding of procurement processes and store management

·         Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Can clearly communicate via writing and/or verbally in both English and Myanmar
