
Job Description
·        Perform accurate and timely data entry in multiple systems.
·        Handle daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with internal processes.
·        Monitor and process system tasks, escalations, and emails promptly.
·        Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system enhancements and report issues.
·        Coordinate with teams for system updates and process improvements.
·        Provide first-level support for system-related issues and escalate if needed.
·        Maintain system records, logs, and reports accurately
·        Assist with inquiries on New Business policies and communicate with courier vendors.
·        Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and quality service
Requirement
·        Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related fields.
·        Experience in data entry, system usage, and email communication.
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
·        Experience in UAT testing and basic troubleshooting is preferred.
·        Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive in improvement activities.
·        Experience in Operations or Customer Service will be a plus.
