
Job Description
Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms.
Prepare and manage content calendars.
Support online marketing campaigns and promotions.
Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales team to increase brand awareness and sales.
Assist in media buying activities and monitor advertising performance.
Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign results.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
Requirement
Any graduate or university student.
At least 2 years of marketing experience.
Able to create content and prepare content calendars.
Experience in customer service.
Experience in e-commerce sales.
Experience in media buying is preferred.
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Age between 22 and 30 years old.
