
Job Description
·       Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and clients to support campaign and event initiatives.
·       Develop compelling proposals and pitch innovative 360° marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
·       Oversee end-to-end event and campaign management, from concept development through execution and post-event analysis.
·       Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, creatives, operations, and sales, to deliver high-impact campaigns.
·       Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure cost-effective execution.
·       Ensure brand consistency and audience engagement through effective use of branding, experiential marketing, and promotional strategies.
·       Analyze performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
·       Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
·       Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations to drive revenue and agency growth.
·       Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project staff.
Requirement
·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
·       4+ years of experience in project or account management within a marketing, advertising, or events agency.
·       Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and events.
·       Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
