
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle: manpower planning, preparing scorecards, screening candidates, conducting structured interviews, and ensuring high-quality hires.
Partner with managers across departments to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
Reduce average time-to-fill while maintaining strict standards for candidate quality and culture fit.
Coordinate with managers to provide new employees with proper training schedules, induction sessions, and culture briefings.
Oversee clearance and asset return processes during employee exits; conduct exit interviews and share insights with leadership.
lan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, surveys, birthdays, anniversaries, and team bonding activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, attendance, and leave.
Ensure company HR policies are followed and updated in line with labor law and business needs.
Coordinate with Finance to align HR operations with payroll, taxation, and reporting.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2–4 years in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Recruitment, people management, organizational planning, English & Myanmar communication, Google Workspace.
Integrity, discretion with sensitive information, proactive problem solver, approachable leader.
