
Job Description
• Follow up the Fuel Plan (Daily, Monthly) with concerned FTs.
• Shares the plan to the field staff in advance to keep them informed in advance.
• Data collection and shares DFR (Daily Fuel Purchase and filling record) regularly to Line Manager and O&M Team.
• Keeps a watch on the CPH and DGRH against with company’s Standard.
• Reports MDG/ Fuel Theft Leakage Issues/ Fuel Related Site Outage and collects sufficient evidence to share the Line Management.
• Prepare the cash Fuel filling request and support to purchase the Fuel.
• ERP upload and share the Energy dashboard.
• Authorize Fuel collection from designated fuel station.
• Monthly fuel reconciliation with internal management.
• Month End reports for Fuel voucher pdf, DFR tracker, fuel filling related photos and fuel utilization tracker)
• Action for require tasks in Refueling WOs in Click on Site.
• Data collection from FTs like as DG controller, FT visit for non-Refueling sites and share to YGN HQ Energy Team.
• Request to RM for additional Fuel Requirement if needed.
• As required and discussed with Line Manager
Requirement
• Well Understanding on company Operational Processes
• Well Understanding on Click on Site and COS Tools
• Good standard of Analytical and Data Entry Skills
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Good MS Office user skills
• Able to communicate with both company internal and external as required
• Able to work as a team with the rest of the energy Management Team and the wider Operational Support team.
