
Job Description
·          Ensure smooth fleet operations and provide help desk support to vehicle users (field teams).
·          Coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA compliance and enforce penalties when required.
·          Liaise with vehicle users, LMs and vendors and escalate concerns promptly.
·          Arrange Ad-hoc vehicles and local rentals as needed.Â
·          Prepare and submit PRs for vehicle lease contracts as needed.
·          Collect and validate the drivers’ daily timesheet and toll invoices, submit to LM for validation and HR for monthly payroll.Â
·          Monitor GPS records and coordinate with vehicle users’ LMs for trip verification and escalate any concerns.Â
·          Maintain and update the fleet tracker daily.
·          Assist maintenance team with uploading maintenance tracker in ERP system.
Requirement
·          Any graduated or equivalent work experiences
·          Knowledge of Fleet operations and vendor management
·          Experience in documentation, reporting, and data trackingÂ
·          Ability to manage GPS monitoring and trip verification processes
·          Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email
·          Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
