
Job Description
Termination & Collection Management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Process monthly termination lists for customer ONTs.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assign collection tasks to Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) based on performance metrics and coverage.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor daily collection activities and support smooth handover of collected ONTs to the S&R Person-in-Charge (PIC).

Delivery Tracking & Reporting
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly delivery progress reports to relevant internal stakeholders.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Verify and document quantities and handover records for deliveries from S&R to Yangon warehouse.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor daily delivery status and counter-check delivery quantities to ensure accuracy.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate handover processes with related teams for seamless logistics operations.
Â
Refurbishment Process Management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Track daily refurbishment progress of ONTs, documenting status as Success, Fail, or In-Process.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Receive refurbished units from LSPs, performing physical inspections and functional tests (network and power quality checks).
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage documentation and return of failed units, ensuring proper record-keeping and reporting.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Report Quality Control (QC) pass/fail results to relevant teams.

Handover & Inventory Coordination
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare all required documentation and coordinate weekly handover of reusable ONTs to relevant departments or teams.

Collaboration & Communication
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Participate actively in weekly progress meetings with LSPs and internal teams to discuss operational updates, challenges, and improvement plans.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates to Senior Management, highlighting achievements, issues, and proposed solutions.
Requirement
-         Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or technical operations preferred.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong organizational and documentation skills.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Attention to detail and accuracy in handling quantities and technical records.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge of telecommunications equipment, particularly ONTs, is an advantage.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience working with third-party logistics providers (LSPs).
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Familiarity with quality control processes for technical equipment.
