
Job Description
Able to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Able to communicate customer inquiries via email.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point to manage customer-related tasks.
Maintaining a customer-focused mindset with prior experience with similar organization experience and some knowledge of insurance operations is preferred.
Willingness to take on various job assignments as needed.
Demonstrate respect, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirement
Any bachelor’s degree holder (Preferred)
Proven work experience as Customer Service or related position
Basic Computer Basic, Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed
Good verbal and written communication skills
