Job Description
Answer the customer calls in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Responsible for suggesting insurance services to both external and internal customers.
Identify and analyze customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.
Handle customer enquiries and provide immediate alternative solutions.
Handle any customer complaint in relation to renewal.
Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Provide duties as assigned by Supervisor or HOD.
Requirement
Bachelor Degree Holder
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service & negotiation skills.
Intermediate in English.
