Job Description
Ensure smooth material delivery to regional sites and coordinate the return of faulty materials to the warehouse (WH)
✅ Communicate with regional teams for weekly return of faulty materials
✅ Monitor infrastructure swap activities, material deliveries, and return progress, and prepare regular reports
✅ Follow up daily with field operation teams regarding equipment installation, dismantling, and on-site services
✅ Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure assigned work is completed according to PO/SOW requirements
✅ Review WCCs and HCRs for returned materials and arrange material returns accordingly
✅ Validate work completion with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Collect evidence photos and supporting documents for project documentation
✅ Maintain payment voucher records and tracking systems
✅ Prepare comprehensive end-to-end project reports
✅ Negotiate delivery charges with transportation providers (Bus Gates)
✅ Follow up on O&M acceptance during I&C activities
✅ Collaborate with various stakeholders to support project progress and review activities
✅ Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager
Requirement
✅ B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
✅ Strong knowledge of Telecom Passive Infrastructure
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
✅ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
