Job Description

·         Respond to incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.

·         Provide information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to meet customer needs

·         Accurately enter and update customer information in the database during and after each call.

·         Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirement

·         Experienced in Customer Service and Call Center

·         Excellent communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.

·         Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to address customer issues effectively.

·         Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy.
