Job Description
✅ Anticipate and challenge allocated Assets, Actual On Ground Status Vs Allocated Assets for In-House and outsourced activities to ensure compliance.
✅ Reports on % completion and work accuracy by vendor, Inhouse or transporter in terms of PO, MRF and SP MRF.
✅ Prepare and monitor the Assets implementation by analyzing the changes and recommendation for optimization
✅ Develop a statistical procedure to improve Allocation process.
✅ Understand the depreciation methodology as per LTO, management while being a key driver for calculating and verifying assets life and impairment.
✅ Responsible for production of high-level reports to the management by
summarizing, analyzing deficiencies & reporting variances with clear analysis/
recommendation to executives
✅ Ensure that Logistics and Warehouse function is properly integrated with the Group's standards:
🔸 Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business mainly in
relation to logistics.
🔸Ensure the good integration and use of the tools and methods delivered
by the Finance Department
🔸 Respect and enforce group validation procedures for expenditure
commitments and purchases
🔸Ensure the production of management control reports in accordance
with signed and mutually agreed SOP’s.
🔸Work collaboratively with the internal related departments that deal with
operation such as procurement, supply and asset.
Requirement
✅ Bachelor’s degree in finance related field/business administration or Logistics and Warehouse Management is required
✅ Minimum 7 years of working experience in procurement and Logistics and Warehouse related field.
✅ Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
✅ Strong leadership, excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
✅ Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
✅ Strong strategic capability set with ability to rigorously define, prioritize, and execute across a complex range of projects, stakeholders, and functional groups.
✅ Knowledge of depreciation as per LTO/Management and how to calculate NBV, impairment, and so on.
