
Job Description
·        Aiding the Sales team in agent onboarding documentation, and new business documentation.
·        Manage and maintain databases e.g. Leads Management system, activity reports etc. And produce required reports for management reporting.
·        Support in administration in various areas, including agency registration, training administration, contract preparation, compliance and other governance related administrative responsibilities.
·        On-board Activities - Aiding the channel in sales and recruitment ground activities formulation and execution.
·        Rewards and Recognition - Aiding the channel in planning, strategizing and implementing the sales rewards process.
·        MIS & ALANYTICS - Formulating MIS and analytics flow of the channel.
·        Support in any customer service requirements at Branch office and/or Sule Square.
·        Branch office management - responsible for office maintenance and management of
resources for effective usage.
·        Support any senior managers on any administrative requirements including payment
claims, reimbursement etc.
·        Additional duties as assigned.
Requirement
·        Any bachelor’s degree is a must.
·        Minimum 2 years’ experiences in operation background.
·        Must have marketing and MIS & Analytics knowledge.
·        Good reporting skills.
·        Written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English.
·        Must have knowledge about Adobe Photoshop and designing creatives in coral.
