
Job Description
·        Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and purpose solutions
·        Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding administrative services
·        Supervise daily administrative activities (eg. Office supplies, facility management, etc)
·        Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
·        Oversee facility management, including repairs, renovations and security systems
·        Prepare and monitor the administrative budge
·        Communicate with the government office for immigration, OSSC, MJTD, third party
·        and other.
·        Enhance the subordinates’ skills for productivity up, Cooperate and support another group
·        function.
·        Provide training to team members on best practices and company procedures. Foster a
·        collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
·        Identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive measures for safe &
·        stable operation.
·        Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement in safety practices
·        for team members.
Requirement
·        B.Sc. or Any Bachelor Degree
·        Minimum 3 years working experiences in administration field
·        General Administration Management, Office Management
·        Good Communication skill, Organizational ability, Problem Solving & Planning skill
·        Eager to learn new things
·        Good Health and strong
·        Adaptable to working environment
·        Good command in English
·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
