
Job Description
•             Prepare onboarding gift sets for new members in a timely and presentable manner.
•             Communicate (via phone calls and emails) with agents to inform them about gift set readiness and to be ready when they pick up at the AIA Yangon office (22nd floor).
•             Arrange and prepare for the delivery or distribution of gift sets.
•             Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping related to gift distribution.
•             Maintain inventory levels and inform relevant teams when supplies are low.
•             Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail and care.
•             Communicate and collaborate with PICs from other regional offices as needed to align distribution plans.
•             Assist in New Business administration tasks, including policy printing, stamping, and recording of stamps.
•             Provide excellent service to agents regarding policy collection.
•             Respond promptly to certificate email requests and arrange the collection date and time.
•             Manage stock related stationery and stamps, ensuring adequate levels are maintained.
•             Assist in New Business and Corporate solutions related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Requirement
•             Bachelor’s degree Holder
•             Proven work experience as an Admin or similar role
•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•             •Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
•             Professional attitude and appearance
•             Solid written and verbal communication skills
•             Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•             Customer service attitudeÂ
