Job Description

• Responsible for travel arrangements

• Check travel related invoices and data accuracy before submission process

• Provide Sim cards and telecom arrangement

• Ensure record Keeping are up to date

• Support in Ferry and office vehicle arrangements

• Handle Stamp duty process

Requirement

• Any Bachelor Degree; prefer additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

• Must have basic knowledge in Administration process

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• At least intermediate level in English

• Must be excellent in communication skill
