Job Description
·      Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems and applications.
·      Manage daily operational tasks within various systems, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
·      Monitor and handle system-generated tasks, escalations, and email correspondence promptly.
·      Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, identifying and
·      reporting issues, and ensuring operational readiness.
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of system updates and process
·      improvements.
·      Provide first-level support to resolve system-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for escalation when necessary.
·      Maintain detailed and accurate system records, logs, and reports for reviews.
Requirement
·      Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
·      Proven experience in system-based roles, with hands-on expertise in data entry, system navigation, and email communication.
·      Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operational systems/applications.
·      Experience in UAT testing and system/process troubleshooting is preferred.
·      A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
·      Experience or knowledge in Operations or Customer Service industries is a significant advantage.
