Job Description
• Develops project list for immediate superior to monitor market condition & market size.
• Help dealers to spec in our products.
• Make customer visit schedule and discuss with immediate superior.
• Need to update products knowledge from time to time.
• Pre-sales preparation ; products line up knowledge, campaign, monthly sales & UTD sales achievement update to dealers.
• Update the project tracking and delivery schedule.
• Encourage to answer customer call even after office hours or holiday.
• After sales service ; technical advice, delivery arrangement, payment & etc.
• Build rapport with dealers, consultant, owner, & necessary parties.
• Attend the meeting or seminar time to time when need by the customer and business need
• Achieve target set.
• Submit necessary report weekly to immediate superior.
• Update daily activity to superior.
• All related to route sales activity.
• Support to all promotion campaign ; Like exhibition, road show & etc.
Requirement
• Any graduated
• At least two years experiences in any related field
• Computer savvy (ie Basic Windows, Internet, Words, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• English 4 skills (must be basic level)
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• The Sales Engineer/ Sales is EXPECTED to possess, but not limited to, the following specific abilities:
1) Communicates and Negotiation effective (verbal, written) with different function or team
2) Analytical in problem solving
3) Assimilate information
4) Foster teamwork
5) Tactful, courteous & discipline
