
Job Description
• Build relationship & communicate with vendors, local & oversea suppliers, outsources logistics agent
• Supervise the efficient procurement of RM, PM & others to serve for the company’s manufacturing without short supply
• Handle purchasing process for raw material, packaging material and spare parts etc.
• Determination of quantity and timing of the deliveries
• Monitor and update purchase orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery date to compare them with the agreements
• Facilitate the smooth & successful operation of procurement processes
• Supervise the work of assigned staff, participate in the development & implementation of goals, policies, priorities for procurement operation & activities
• Compliance with law & regulations as well social norms (TSMC,MJTD, Myanma Customs)
• Other as assigned by the superior
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
• 2+ years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in food and beverage sector.
• Excellent in communication, time management & leadership skills.
• Good at Teamwork, cooperation & organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate level in English Language
• Training – Procurement Basic Course
