Job Description

• Source, order, and manage inventory of marketing and sales tools, including promotional materials and equipment.

• Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements to align with company standards.

• Coordinate the delivery of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Work with transportation providers to secure efficient routes and cost-effective options.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices and inventory movements.

• Coordinate with the Finance team to accurately process Goods Issue Notes (GIN), invoices and ensure timely updates to stock records for accurate inventory management and logistic arrangement.

Requirement

• 2+ years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in food and beverage sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
