Job Description
·        Plan and deliver 1–2 campaigns per quarter across digital and offline channels
·        Contribute to Elevate’s overall target.
·        Supervise assistants and ensure all content is published according to the calendar.
·        Manage or coordinate influencer collaborations.
·        Assist with ad campaign setup and monitoring.
·        Plan and execute 1 student recruitment event or fair per quarter.
·        Submit weekly campaign updates and monthly reports on performance.
·        Travel frequently across Myanmar to support fairs and campaigns.
Requirement
·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
·        2–3 years’ experience in marketing, with exposure to digital campaigns and events.
·        Strong knowledge of social media, video content, and digital ads.
·        Supervisory experience or potential to manage assistants.
·        Good English and Burmese communication skills.
·        Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
