
Job Description
·      Manage director’s agenda and planning appointments, conferences etc. without schedule conflicts.
·      Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming meeting invitations etc.
·      Supervise and coordinates overall administrative activities and inhouse events for the Marketing Function.
·      Manage travel accommodation, yearly agenda etc. for head of MKT+CSP.Â
·      Prepare invoices or expense claim for the Team.
·      Manage Purchase Orders and process in the system for the Function.Â
·      Arrange Hotel, and logistics for visitors from group higher (Tickets, Hotel & Logistics)
·      Help and assist to apply visa for team if necessary.
·      Manage to use cash for admin use.
·      Any Ad Hoc job assigned as necessary
Requirement
·      Any bachelor’s degree
·      Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as an administrative assistant and other secretarial position.
·      Good command in English.
·      Experiences in communication with Local and Foreigners.
·      Be able to use Microsoft office.Â
·      Sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
·      Good time-management skill, great interpersonal and communication skills
