Job Description
• Handle SSB process including payment, SSB Card, benefit, medical leave, etc.
• Employee recruitment liaise with agencies (sourcing, screening and short list) scheduling interview and prepare payment
• Arrange refreshment foods, monthly birthday including BD announcement and wishes\
• Calculating allowances such as meal & transportation, outside sale, driving ,leader allowance and no late no absent bonus allowances
• Onboarding process for new joiners /Prepare labor cards form for new joiner
• Download finger print data in software for HO office & checking time in/out for daily attendance & inserting daily OT time to allowance sheet
• Record & update the employee information data for all MAF Staff , new employees & resign employees
• Prepare checking ID card, door access card
• Preparing an annual medical examination plan
• Check Daily Attendance List for all branch
• Check and calculate leave balance
• Prepare monthly payroll attendance list file for payroll
• Prepare daily manpower and absent rate report
• Onboarding process for new joiners /Prepare labor cards form for new joiner
• Prepare Employee Contracts process.
Requirement
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in HR
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Good communication, coordination skill & able to organize job activities
• Good at Teamwork, cooperation & multitasking skills
• Good command in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
