
Job Description
·      Responsible for arranging the Day 1 On-boarding and full day orientation sessions (only facilitate) for the new employees
·      Coordinate and facilitate the administrative tasks for the monthly trainings for employees
·      Responsible for sourcing the location, planning and execution the administrative duties of the Townhall and Employee Engagement Activities
·      Source the vendors for employee gifts for events
·      Check monthly invoices and submission to finance for Trainings, Townhalls and Employee engagement activities
·      Send invite to employees, prepare the necessary for the Trainings, Townhall and Employee Engagement
·      Documents preparation for Visa & Stay Permit application
·      Any Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Requirement
·      Bachelor Degree Holder
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
·      Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed.
·      Good verbal and written communication skills
·      Excellent customer service & negotiation skills.
·      Intermediate in English.
