• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor activities, recommending appropriate

Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, with proven leadership experience
• in organizations with a headcount of 200 and above.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss management and financial concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain
• relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving results.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong experience in cross-border and multimodal transport operations.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.
