
Job Description
• Manage and lead operations across all locations to ensure safe operations and maintain control over key operational parameters
• Conduct detailed analysis of location and maintenance operations costs to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive prices for the supply of quality services and products.
• Lead teams in ensuring operational, project, and safety compliance across all sites, effectively managing safe operational performance by coaching and enforcing the following within the team
• Ensure compliance with local government and industry regulatory guidelines, particularly related to product transportation, environmental matters, construction permits, and other business-related matters.
• Act as the key contact for handling inquiries, visits, and maintaining positive relationships with relevant state ministries, including:
1. Responding to regulatory inquiries and requests
2. Coordinating activities between management and ministerial requests
• Lead and assist in the continuous improvement of operating manuals. Identify, explore, communicate, and lead initiatives, developments, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, such as the fair and transparent process for vehicle repairs, purchases, and sales approval.
• Manage HR relationships and processes with managers and frontline employees.
• Develop, implement, and control plans to create a highly motivated and efficient workforce.
• Lead and guide the team to comply with all company requirements and systems related to finance, HSSE, operations, and quality, ensuring the delivery of or exceeding targeted KPIs in a safe manner.
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• A postgraduate degree in strategic operational management or business administration is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• More than 3 years in a leadership and management role.
• Experience with quality systems and HSSE standards is desirable.
